Step by step in the real software

    Open Import

    On any app: desktop, web or mobile.

    Drop your Excel file in

    The first row of the sheet holds the column names, like “Name” and “Application No”.

    Look at the preview

    Every row is checked. All the problems are listed at once, with their row numbers.

    Fix the file, or save the good rows

    Correct the rows in Excel and drop it in again, or save only the rows that are fine.

    Say yes

    Only now is anything saved, all in one go. You see exactly how many students were added.

Good to know
  • Every student needs a name and an admission number.
  • One admission number can’t be used twice. The check shows which row used it first.
  • Need a copy of your data? Make a locked export. The link works once, for 10 minutes.
