Certificate checking page
Is this certificate real?
Type the number printed on the certificate, or scan its QR code with a phone. In one second you’ll know if it is real. Anyone can use this page: students, parents, and companies who want to hire.
Type a number above and press Check.
How checking works
- 1Every certificate gets its own number and QR code
- 2Someone scans the QR or types the number
- 3This page looks it up in the institute’s own records
- 4It shows “real”, “cancelled” or “not found”
Step by step: checking with a phone
- 1Open the phone camera
Any phone camera or QR scanner app works.
- 2Point it at the QR code
It is in the bottom corner of the certificate.
- 3Tap the link that appears
It opens this page with the number already filled in.
- 4Read the result
Green means real. Yellow means cancelled. Red means it is not ours.
Good to know
- If a certificate is given by mistake, the office can cancel it. This page will then say “cancelled”.
- Companies can check a new employee’s certificate in seconds, without calling you.
- Want to see the QR on a certificate? Open the Design Studio and click the QR code.
