Click the QR code on the certificate. It opens the checking page, just like scanning it with a phone.
How a certificate design works
- 1Pick one of the ready-made designs
- 2Change colours, words and parts
- 3Save it as your design
- 4Every certificate for that course uses it
Step by step in the real software
- 1Open Design Studio → Certificates
You see the ready-made designs: 8 styles for each of 3 kinds (completion, merit, participation).
- 2Pick a design you like
Click it. The big preview shows it straight away.
- 3Choose colours and the writing style
Use your institute’s colour, and pick how the student’s name looks.
- 4Change the words
Institute name, the line under it, and who signs it. Student names, courses and grades fill in by themselves later.
- 5Show or hide parts
QR code, photo, seal, signature and grade: switch each one on or off.
- 6Save the design
From now on, certificates for that course are made with it, one by one or a whole batch at once.
Good to know
- Made a mistake? Press Undo (or Ctrl + Z).
- In the real software you can also upload your own logo and signature, and add your own fields.
- Keep the QR code switched on. It lets anyone check that the certificate is real.
