Payment Ledger
A money notebook: every rupee paid and who still has to pay. A bill is made only after the admin checks the money came.
Sneha pays ₹5,000 by UPI from the app. The admin checks the money came and taps Approve. The bill is made by itself, sent on WhatsApp, and her balance drops by ₹5,000.
