Phone OTP login
Guests sign into the mobile app with a one-time code. The public website also texts a code to confirm a phone number on an inquiry or partner-college form.
What this feature does
Guests enter the phone app with a one-time code sent to their phone. Firebase phone sign-in looks up the account from that number.
On the public website the same kind of code confirms a phone number on an inquiry or a partner-college form, so the office is not left with a mistyped number.
Phone OTP login is on the Mobile app and Website. It is not on the Web portal and Desktop.
How it flows
- 1Type the phone number
- 2Enter the code
- 3The account opens
Step by step: how to use it

The guest or visitor enters the mobile number.
- 2Enter the code
The one-time code arrives by text and is typed back in.
