Fee ledger
Invoices, payments, fee rules, and overdue balances. The phone has a separate ledger for cashiers. Money writes are never queued offline.
What this feature does
The ledger holds invoices, payments, fee rules, and overdue balances. The newer book is append-only: a correction adds a reversing entry, it does not erase the old line. An integrity check confirms the books still balance.
The phone has a cashier ledger for the counter. Money writes are never queued offline, so a fee is not recorded twice when the network returns. The portal and the desktop show the same ledger.
Fee ledger is on the Mobile app, Web portal, and Desktop. It is not on the Website.

More in Fees
The cashier records a desk payment, prints or shares a receipt, and sees what the student still owes.
A payment saved as pending waits for the office to approve or reject it before it counts as collected.
The office sees who is past the due date, the penalty, and can send a reminder with the real amount owed.
